Grantz Cleaning & Maintenance approached us to discuss the possibilities of improving their existing website. The company's management was not content with the existing UI/UX design. Pixertics redesigned their website which improved the design and fixed the issues.

Challenges Faced by the Company

The main problem the company faced was with website design and content management. The website was not compatible with mobiles and lacked SEO-friendliness. All the website sections were scattered, and there was no proper navigation system.

Organized Web Content

After understanding the company's requirements, we found that the clients were facing trouble finding the required information. Hence, we designed a new website content layout to improve the website's functionality and make the website easy to navigate

Mobile Responsive Design

Since the previous design did not function appropriately on mobile phones, we eliminated the elements that decreased the website's responsiveness. Furthermore, we optimized the website to function perfectly on mobiles, tablets, laptops, and PCs.

Results

Our web expert team thoroughly audited the website, diagnosed all the errors related to the design, and fixed the issues. After having the website redesigned, the client reported that the conversion rate increased by 46%, and the bounce rate dropped from 68% to 25%.
